Anyone got a set up recipe. Vegetable Muffin or Cod muffin.?

Tried the rabbit and fish pie recipe from Pet Home and Efficiency but kept coughing up fur balls so now I want to try something new.

I have one.. its a Cod-dog with veggie muffin delight and great
lizard-intestine mustard and and quantum relish to relish.
And Stooge tells me he comes every time he sees one.
