Answer please?

what is beytter a chihuahua or cat
Answers:
What matters most is what you would be more comfortable having as a pet. For me, I would choose a cat over a small dog because a cat is easier for me to take care of, and I love playing and cuddling with a cat.

IMO, a cat. This really is a question only you can answer for yourself.

before picking. you must do your resarch on both the dog and cat. do not just pick on or the other because of what someone said on yahoo. choose carefully. and decide on which is better for your lifestyle.

the chihuahua
The Chihuahua鈥檚 loyalty and affinity for being close to his master or mistress makes him an amiable companion, and his size makes him a convenient one. Chihuahuas have been known to ride about inside a pocket, in a purse or tote bag, or tucked firmly under the arm of their owners. They fit nicely in soft-sided pet carriers for an airplane ride or a jaunt in the car, and they enjoy outings immensely.
At home the Chihuahua is curious and mischievous. Left to his own devices, the little guy might decorate the entire house with a roll of toilet paper, make confetti out of the mail, or commandeer your bed or favorite chair as his own. Although he is not much bigger than a minute, he could also wind up as master of the household, for he can manipulate owners with great finesse.
Chihuahuas have a distinct liking for others of their own breed and an equally distinct dislike for dogs of other breeds. Therefore, if you want more than one dog, make the additional dogs Chihuahuas. And if you already have a dog of another breed, consider carefully before getting a Chihuahua.

The cats--domestic and wild--have intrigued humans for thousands of years, and throughout that time the relationship of these animals with humans has varied widely. People have valued cats as hunters, worshiped them as gods, and sacrificed them as demons. However, the animals have survived and are still fascinating. They have often been used as symbols of beauty, grace, mystery, and power, and they have been favorite subjects for many artists and writers Today, the domestic cat (house cat) is second only to the dog in popularity as a house pet. No one knows exactly how many domestic cats there are in the United States, but researchers estimate that more than 30 million are owned as pets. There is no way to estimate the numbers of homeless cats that roam about freely as feral animals (those that had been tame but have returned to living in a wild state). There probably are many millions of such cats wandering about in the streets and alleys of cities and towns across the country.
You need to consider all the options first. Go online to find out how to take care of a Chihuahua and how to take care of a cat and then think about what you would be willing to do. Frankly, both cats and chihuahuas are pretty small, so if you got one of each they could be buddies. Maybe.
It really depends on you and how much time you can devote to taking care of a pet. Cats are a bit easier to care for. If you get a puppy, it will need to be housebroken. Kittens already know how to use a litter box. Plus dogs need to be walked and can't be left alone for long periods of time. Because I work full-time, I prefer cats.
