It's not as difficult as raising a child with attention deficit disorder and may be a close second! The kitten will grow out of it. Years from now when the kitten-cat is older you will look back fondly on this natural kitten phase and wonder whatever happened that the kitten turned out to be a sleeping, relaxed cat who just wants some cuddlying and a comfy place to pass the hours.
when i was smaller i used to get cats off the streets even tho my mom got mad at me
maybe u can try spending a lot of time with the cat like petting it and playing with it dont try to make quick movements cos youll just scare the cat and if it does something wrong dont hit or dont get mad at it maybe that could work but cat like that are difficult they also get like that when they dont get a lot of contact with people
