They might consider looking at: http://www.va.siameserescue.org...
There are many Siamese cats there needing homes and they should look them over. The organisation has an "underground railroad" sort of system and people will help transport a cat to its new home.
Rescue one in need of a forever home!!

www.petfinder.com use their search page. put in your state and the breed Siamese.
Try a pet store, the pound, adoption place. Look online for some answers.
Go to www.Petfinder.com and fill in the blanks.. For Animal put in 'Cat', for Breed put in 'Siamese' then choose age and gender if desired and your zip code and you'll probably find just what you are looking for in a rescue group that is healthy and vetted, right in your own area for a small adoption fee.
Petfinder, a rescue group, or an animal shelter. Lots of people give these up. They get them because they are so beautiful and exotic looking, without knowing anything about their personalities.
As you probably know, Siamese tend to be a little high-strung, and are very vocal. A lot of people cannot put up with their antics or serenading, so give them up. Sad but true.
I wish people would take the time learn more about certain breeds of animals before just buying one impulsively! A few hours with a good informational book could save so many people time, money, and heartbreak when they find out they aren't equipped to handle an animal's needs.
It would also save so many animals from winding up in shelters and rescue centers, wondering why their family abandoned them.
Anyway, I'm sure there are hundreds of Siamese cats waiting for new homes with people who love and understand them. Good luck!
