White Cats with Blue Eyes are almost always blind! Ok they are blind Aparently their retinas is which is aparently in there eyes but in a different proportion than in the human retina. I read that in a biolgy book. Cats can see well at night I am not sure why!
why are you asking silly questions try ringing a vet or rspca
Cats are not completely color blind. They see can recognize some colors but also see in shades of white, grey and black...same question asked on YA before. The prior similar questions should have come up so you can see them before you submit your question.
I don't remember the details but you can read these...

I've read that cats can tell some colors apart but not many. If the cat looks at something up close, it has a better chance of telling what color it is.
They don't see black and white they see in gray tones.
Cats are not completely colorblind, but dont see as well as humans do. They see certain colors, but thats it. Blue eyed cats are usually blind, or, partly blind.
It was once believed that cats were colour blind, but now it's known that they can actually tell the difference between certain colours. Basically, they see the world in shades of blue and green. Though they see colour, they don't pay much attention to it because in nature, colour isn't particularly necessary to a cat's survival.
The web article below contains lots of other interesting facts about cats.
